Software package is super robust, work along side lots of other channels inside the organization, and everyone is super educated on product side.
Cons
Onboarding is super unorganized. Commission breakdown is super cloudy and hard to get actual answers about. Don't like fighting for correct records to be kept for commission payouts. Development rollouts are never accurate

PatientNOW is a small company with a laid back office environment. If you don't want big brother micro managing you and need to get your foot in door into the support industry, then this is the place to be. The pay is decent depending on your experience for the amount of work you do.
Great for someone who also wants to work M-F during regular business hours.

Benefits are below average. No 401K option. Internal training is a JOKE! Room for growth in the company will take years if never.
