      Coworkers are great, very supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Leadership needs to focus on improving employee moral (better pay, workload adjustments, following through on commitments). Salaries are not aligned with current market, no career ladders in place.

      Lots of change with very little insight on where we are going next. CEO and COO have both left the company. Do they know something that we don’t?
