Pros

Off the clock culture is great. The company likes to have a good time off the clock Great amount of PTO … if you can find time to take with all the goals they give us.

Cons

Micromanaged Not appreciated or recognized for your hard work unless you’re one of the chosen ones. Management has no idea what we do in a given day and how much we do. Communication is terrible
