Pros

Hybrid work schedule is great

Cons

Management is very out of touch with employees. They put on a great show, asking for feedback and transparency, but this is how they weed out anyone who expresses concerns with the culture and lack of training.

Everything so far has been phenomenal. Everyone on the hiring team was engaging and passionate about their job. They really promote a Work/Life Balance.
