Pros

Good culture, compensation was competitive

Cons

After the larger company and fierce rival Outcome Health faced multiple fraud charges, they merged with PatientPoint to continue operating under a new name with a clean reputation. Internally, this felt like an Outcome Health acquisition of PatientPoint, as much of their leadership took over.

Thank you for sharing your insights about your time as a QA Manager at PatientPoint. We appreciate your positive comments about the culture and competitive compensation. It's important to address the concerns you raised about the Outcome Health acquisition, which took place almost 4 years ago. At the time, like every company, we understand that large transitions can bring challenges, and we appreciate your perspective of the past. PatientPoint has always focused on maintaining a clean reputation and many of our inspirational leaders have been integral to shaping the company into what it is today, a company that boasts an impressive culture. We were recently named a Top Tech Company to Watch in 2024 by Purpose Jobs, and make headlines on lists like Best Company Culture, Companies Practicing Social Responsibility, Best Sales Companies to Work For, and Companies with Highly Engaged Employees. If you have any specific feedback from your time four years ago, please feel free to reach out to our Angie Hemmelgarn, Chief People Officer. We value your input as we strive to create a workplace that aligns with our teammates' expectations. Thank you for your contributions during your time with us, and we wish you continued success wherever you may be now.

Pros

Business is built on a solid model with high growth continuing to be realized. Strong culture, genuine commitment to DEI, just good people you want to work alongside The end product is something we all believe in— we’re helping promote better health

Cons

Private Equity owned so always the concern of being sold off. Everything always feels rushed and behind Executives seem to think they overpay lower levels but the market seems to tell us that’s not true. Lots of people leave the company only to come back a year or two later at much higher pay.

Pros

Leadership takes the time to highlight employee strengths and allows individuals to contribute and take ownership of projects. Transparency from the C-Level all the way down is powerful and helps employees really understand the impact they have on the business, and the impact that the business has on improving patient outcomes. Benefits are great and time off compensation is very generous. In addition, PatientPoint is really great at helping employees through networking events, community outreach and DEB+I initiatives. A great work hard, play hard company that will 100% support individuals career growth and development.

Cons

I have no cons- PatientPoint has been a great company to work for, If you thrive when faced with challenges and enjoy having a measurable impact on the business you are working for- you will love it here. If you are resistant to change and hesitant to conceptualize what the future holds, this is not the company for you.
