Pros

I enjoy the work I do and the people I work with. I feel valued and heard by my management. I appreciate the fact that my work day ends when I leave the office, and I am able to have very good work/life balance which is not something I ever had at my previous company. I feel that families are supported and acknowledged here.

Cons

The open concept office can be challenging to work in.
