Pros

I have been with PatientPoint for about 6 months and I have to say that so far, it is probably the best company I have worked for in terms of how they treat their employees. Work/life balance is great and at the end of day, all success and contributions from employee efforts are truly recognized. The company is growing at a rapid pace and with that being said, there is a great amount of opportunity for everyone in any position.

Cons

There really aren't any cons to the company that I have found or experienced. Due to the rapid growth of the company there are sometimes changes in processes, protocol, positions, etc. however they are by no means bad. One must just be open to embracing the changes- which sometimes requires patience and understanding.

You can feel the vibes of the team. It is a diversity of energetic people who want to create difference for the community.

Cons

Sometimes feels short of staff.

Pros

Leadership is intent on promoting from within. Company values are expressed through fair paid time off, maternity and paternity leave, and summer hours in June, July and August when the Friday workday ends at 3 pm.

Cons

The company is growing fast and you really have to keep your nose to the grindstone during work hours.
