Plenty of products and earning opportunities for sales team. The ability to influence change, provide feedback, and be part of the steps for process improvement. Executive Leadership team is transparent & visionary.

Cons

The sales organization and company is moving quickly, which can sometimes be interpreted as disorganized, but it's truly not.
