Pros

For a company that has been around for a long time, the leaders understand the need to reinvent themselves and continue to innovate while keeping a culture of fun and transparency. Highly ethical and degree of integrity in an industry that can be the opposite.

Cons

Slower to digitize than other companies in space.

Pros

Excellent leadership, strong company culture with positive reinforcement and good direction. Clear goals. Company provides leads and calls are seamless. Fun environment.

Cons

Just like any other sales job, you have your challenges and bad days, but that's sales. If you're now self aware of that fact, you need to find a new profession.

Ok work/home balance... Relaxed dress code... Enthusiasm about where the company is headed... Determination to be the best in the industry.

Cons

Needs to work harder on setting clearer processes and expectations to diminish grey areas and relieve un necessary stress overall.
