Pros

-Good people -Management cares about your success -Good Training (role playing, 1 on 1 reviews, reviews of calls made) -Potential to make very good money

Cons

-Not all projects are the same quality -When your leads list gets "tired" there is not much you can do -The sales process can become adversarial because timing and leads are limited. i.e. If a prospect declines, you cannot stay in touch with them to see if their needs or circumstances have changed. When a project is closed, it is closed until the following year.

Pros

Great people to work with & good product, back in 2009, (before management and business focus changed)

Cons

Exceptionally bad management decisions led to loss of most valuable sales team, constant cutting of costs resulted in poor customer service and not delivering on promises. A tragic example of what not to do with a healthy business
