A great place to work. Complete empowerment given to employees. Strong Product Engineering, Manufacturing domain expertise and application maintenance service practice.

Cons

Work culture business wise could be made a little bit more aggressive. Need to spread domain consulting expertise in various verticals.

Lots of learning opportunities and growth, employees have a say in their career progression, very well defined performance appraisal system, lots of opportunities for overseas travel to all employees

Cons

Salaries are not per industry standard, cost cutting taking a toll on employee morale, not enough communication from higher management leading to gaps in understanding
