This is the best company to work with. It nurtures talent in its employee with extensive training & development programs. I would love to work with this company again.
Cons
Appraisals are annual, which should be in every 6 months.

Its a good company to start your career as there is good training provided and employees are mentored well.
Cons
As the employees grow in experience, there is very less support provided to the employees. Not much guidance and mentoring and the salary is also quite low compared to other organisations of the same experience level.

good training for freshers. good salary for laterals (but God knows if they will get any project or play TT all day).
Cons
1> not much quality work now (after igate acquisition). 2> RMG is pathetic. Most of the time employee gets project/location he does not want.
