Good employees Locations throughout US.

Cons

Bad management. Supervisors do not care about you. Never hear from supervisors. Work for clients that treat you poorly. Cheap Will pay someone with 0 years experience 10grand more than you for the same position. Expensive insurance

Pros

Patrick is a solid performer in many areas such as transportation, rail, GIS and electrical. Talented staff with good leadership delivers consistently to clients

Cons

Corporate culture is 10 to 20 years behind the mark. Management training continues to refresh itself, only to create more perceived change just to keep the inner workings intact. Staff are asked to report on team members to management team, any thing from what you are saying to the time you arrive and leave.

Pros

Most of the people are good to great to work with. Flexible hours. Great company president. Good intentions and ideas. Various and challenging projects. Good project training management program. Good safety program.

Cons

The good intentions and ideas often are not followed through to fruition due to lack of commitment or change of focus and/or personnel. Benefits average, 401(k) match not great. Profit sharing and bonus fall short of what they present as possible. Some people and groups can be difficult to work with. Getting to the size where the bureaucracy sometimes gets in the way of production. Accounting not transparent.
