      Pros

      2 lines would run at Frontline and 1 was paid significantly more. The employee/product produced ratio was very close and twice the production area. To be fair, the 1 line did run a larger product

      Cons

      The 1 line would have to work a lot of hours on purpose to make a decent check and raises were few

      Pros

      Positive attitude and well defined goals and objectives. Executive management is driving success through goals and objectives, employee development, and a foundation of solid business values.

      Cons

      RV Industry shut downs require plant shutdowns and using vacation at Y/E and the 4th of July. While not a huge deal, vacations don't always fit neatly into those time period. Also this is difficult for plant workers who may not have enough vacation to cover these times off.

      Very friendly place, where even the upper management at the Corporate Office know your name.

      Change is slow and growing past my current position feels impossible.
