      The company preaches high Values, lots of work experience, friendly co-workers, fast paced for those that like that style

      Cons

      Heavy workload, home work balance is horrible, pay is less than work load in comparison, leadership demands work done no matter the cost and redirects blame to lower level positions

      The shipping and receiving department was the best group of people to work with, including the supervisor.

      Pros

      Years ago: Employees, pay (okay) , benefits, yearly raises, company took care of the employees.

      Cons

      Training temps to work that didn't want to work. Sometimes upper management made bad decisions which really hurt business. Finding out that new employees/temps were making just as much as regular employees who had been there for years.
