Pros

Decent pay. Benefits are there, nothing you can't get elsewhere.

Cons

Burn out rate is ridiculous. They use and abuse managers and employees alike. Rules and guidelines change with every week and depends on who you talk to. The latest garbage: They write people up for not getting enough 5 star reviews from their customers on google. So much so that now employees make fake profiles to submit phony reviews online to avoid the write up. There is not enough staff- hard to live up to expectations when all you can do is put out fires all day. Worst leadership ever.

Pros

You work with good people, seen some interesting things

Cons

They don't drug test. look at their eBay feedback.. customers are treated rudely along with many employees. Cheapest company I've ever worked for. Strongly recommend selling or pawning somewhere else if you have the option.
