Great pay and commissions, lots of opportunity for over time. very fun enviornment. Good for young adults.flexible scheduling. Discounts are good but heard theyre lowering the discounts.

Cons

Dress code, formalities, quota can be hard to meet depending on customer volume that week, lots of hours if full time.

Great pay, good hours , good employees. Vacation time . a way to learn about running a business. Dressing professionally like you are really part of business.

Cons

High expectations working in the job. No value to being employee even if you are working hard enough. Everything seems to be based on numbers for sales . no chance for advancement . seems like its easy to get replaceable for unexpectated reasons even when you bust your butt. Company seems to not get better . I honestly feel like this job could drive people away . more negative reviews on your performance & less positive ones.
