      Little of this, little of that

      Pros

      At the store level, there can be a sense of team or family. When we are celebrating wins for the store, we really come together. On the corporate side, knowing that many of the district managers have started from base level at the company makes you feel like you could grow to have a career there.

      Cons

      The stress of begging for reviews from customers, while I understand why, I don't believe the people managing the company have any idea what that's like on the front lines anymore. Being that last April we filed bankruptcy, it feels like the company is scrambling to make some sense of what they have. Upper management seems to feel like everyone is replaceable.

      Pros

      Pay is incredibly competitive and the work environment feels like spending time with close family. Fantastic PTO and vacation hours. Non traditional pawn shop atmosphere.

      Cons

      Retail hours, but even then it's worth it for the OT. Work/life balance is hard to maintain, especially once you become management.

      - Many opportunities to move up within the company - Very competitive pay - Everyday is something new and different

      Cons

      - Negative image associated with working at a 'Pawn Shop', but definitely not your stereotypical Pawn Shop.
