Pros

The company has a high level of regard and respect for the customer. They place heavy emphasis on customer service and in providing a clean, comfortable environment combined with professional service. It is far above most examples you find in this industry. I find that management promotes having fun at work and strives to build teams capable of providing an excellent customer experience.

Cons

You can have fun at work here, but you have to enjoy working. It's a non stop, always something happening kind of job. I thrive on staying busy and getting things accomplished so it works well. If you just want to show up, and get paid, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Pros

Fun environment, every day is different, fun clientele, good growth potential. Fast paced and always changing to try to better the company and associates.

Cons

Job requirements vrs family time is not very balanced. Bonus structure doesn't match current business model, but hopefully they will catch up with each other.
