Pros

Great co-workers, (mostly). Good company benefits.

Cons

Merchandise overcrowded and disorganized, very messy-looking. Severely understaffed sales staff. Not being able to discount items at all without having managerial approval first.

Pay is better than most jobs requiring little or no experience Good benefits including health, life, eye, dental, 401k Good experience to learn to deal with people from all walks of life

Cons

Customers with drug/hygiene/manner issues Superfluous corporate programs undermine efficiency Large yearly part for management only alienates lower employees.
