The corporate management is inept and stuck in the past, has no room for questions on policy or direction so store management has little impact on their own store

A very disorganized company with no leadership.

Better than average pay for hourly employees.

Cons

The constant turnover of upper management makes the company seem very disorganized. They speak of growing and opening new stores but more stores have closed and no new stores have opened in the last two years. No one seems to be in charge, there is an invisible consultant that seems to make all decisions. Constant false advertising makes the work environment very stressful. Sales associates are treated quite well with good pay and commission but there is no reason to advance because management usually makes less money than sales associates. I see the only very positive review was obviously done by the corporate "social media" team.

Pros

Leadership actively involved in ensuring success. Great pay (if I perform), career advancement opportunities. I have had more opportunities at PA than I have had at all other jobs combined. I have fun every day at work!

Cons

I don't have any to report at this time. There have been times where I had a negative supervisor, since we implemented some changes here we have seen many go, but none that will be greatly missed.
