great offices, some great people

Cons

slowly but steadily going downhill unfortunately- quality of life, pay, etc. all going down or growing slower than the rest of the world. so much favouritism and nepotism everywhere. If you turn your back and keep a blind eye...it's still great. but when you start to prod and notice things it's less so.

Many Pro's. Annual Leave Dental/Healthcare Cover Great office space

Cons

Toxic sales floor. Many unhappy former and current members of staff. Awful management (Regional Sales Managers) Unrealistic increasing targets Office politics are rife.

Thank you for leaving a review even though some of this was tough to read. I want to acknowledge the sense of anger and disappointment in your experience balanced with the data we have from our enagement surveys that shows high trust in direct line management across the UK sales organisation. I am sorry this was not so in your case. As we evolve from start up to more of an enterprise organsiation we have not only invested significantly in leadership development but also revenue enablement and operations to drive greater sales governance, in-life training and development for all of our sales colleagues and data driven decision making. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.
