Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate feedback even when it's challenging to hear. I regret you did not feel supported by leaders. We invest significantly in leadership training at all levels of the organisation and generally receive very positive scores in our employee engagement surveys about trust in direct managers and senior leadership. I hope you were able to leave some pointers for improvement in your exit interview as we always seek to act on colleagues feedback, even if they leave the business. Best of luck in your future endeavours.

there is no such thing.

Cons

Where do I start?! In the Dutch office there is continuous chaos from higher management. It's all nice when you start but then they really show you their true colors. Team leads that have no idea what they're doing!NOTHING!Their only luck was being there since I don't know how many years ago and they managed to get promoted to a position that they are clearly not prepared. Social skills from said managers-0. They do not know how to speak to a person and have the emotional empathy of a wall. You try to do all you can for your job and when you present ideas on how to make things go even better, it goes through this ear and out the other. They want to establish themselves as the biggest cloud bla bla bla bla. This will never happen because of all the middle management that is incapable.Everyone is going through a burn out but they are afraid to say something because of possible repercussions from management or HR. HR is there just to be there, there clearly is a separation between the locals and the internationals, they have no idea how to deal with people from different countries that DO NOT think the same as they do. Seeing the reviews from the US colleagues only validates that this is not singular to one office from a different country/city but that THIS IS CLEARLY THE COMPANY MENTALITY. People that lack basic skills such as interacting in a normal way without saying something offensive. The pay is so so low compared to the never ending inflation and the prices in the Netherlands. When you ask if there is a possibility of a raise because the TARGETS ARE UNREALISTIC AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE A BONUS, they tell you that you should be happy with what you have :)

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. I want to acknowledge the deep sense of frustration and perhaps even injustice you feel about your time at Pax8. As you would know, we are growing rapidly, acquiring and integrating new businesses, while at the same time building new markets in Europe. This means we all work in a dynamic, agile, rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment. In the Zwolle office we have an international culture and more than 20+ languages. Communicating in a multi-national environment takes practise, courage, patience and curiosity. We are also a young organisation that likes to promote from within. This means everyone works with leaders who are themselves on personal growth journies. Blame and judgement are not tolerated. What we do value in all our people is their ability to lean into personal growth - alongside their managers to support each other during challenging times. A value we all work on daily is always assuming positive intent with our colleagues. We also recognise building a sales pipeline in this environment is challenging. While some people thrive with these greenfield and entrepreneurial growth challenges, we understand it is not for everyone. There are no shortcuts to building a great sales team in a new market and I appreciate the sales function maturity may not have come quickly enough for you. Our complexity and pace is challenging. We are not perfect but we are heavily committed to developing every person at every level and making significant investment in leadership training this year. All our managers want to deliver is a great people experience. We would encourage any of our current employees experiencing frustration to talk to their manager, mentor or any of the leadership team who can provide support, wellbeing, context and alternative perspectives which we are all facing during these exciting but challenging growth times. I am truly sorry your experience did not work out in this role, but regardless we wish you succes in your next role.
