Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate feedback even when it's challenging to hear. I regret you did not feel supported by leaders. We invest significantly in leadership training at all levels of the organisation and generally receive very positive scores in our employee engagement surveys about trust in direct managers and senior leadership. I hope you were able to leave some pointers for improvement in your exit interview as we always seek to act on colleagues feedback, even if they leave the business. Pros

There is flexibility and good benefits

Cons

Billing and support are trash and things are always broken. Leadership only cares about each other and they have each others back but they do not care about reps. There are so many middle managers that seem pointless and it just makes feedback get stuck and not taken anywhere. Promotion track is becoming impossible.

Thank you for leaving a review even though some of this was tough to read. Glad you appreciate the flexibility and benefits but I am sorry to hear your experience is negative in other areas. Billing and 24/7 support in a rapildly growing marketplace ecosystem are hard business problems to solve and I know when those things go wrong it's often the account manager that bears the brunt of the partner's frustration. We have invested significantly in our billing and support teams across the globe over the last twelve months to improve quality and consistency. Your experience of leadership is disappointing and I reccomend you reach out to your POps Business Partner to share your feedback if you do not feel able to speak to your leader directly. We value all input as it helps us improve our workplace and address concerns.
