Pros

- The best onboarding experience by far, crafty and engaging. - The team makes time from their busy schedules to ensure all your queries are answered - The management team are welcoming and willing to engage with individual contributors across all levels, reinforcing an united vision - Each individuals have a chance to contribute towards the company's growth and output - Company encourages learning and "can do" mentality - Company's culture is people focused, "We before me", collaboration across the company is wonderful to see - Well thought-out training plans with plenty of 1-1s to ensure enough feedback loops - You'll be integrated with the team from almost day one, this helps to avoid awkward stagnation or lack of direction - Regional cross overs monthly engagements, allow you to have exposure to what's happening across the company - Plenty of available tools to help you to achieve your work output - Exposure to various projects both internal and external, across different industries

Cons

- The team can sometimes be working at capacity, making hard to have access to them - There is sometimes a need to learn/apply as you go approach to some projects, which is a good way to learn/apply, it sometimes feels like RD projects

Unlimited PTO, health benefits, flexibility

Cons

So cliquey and condescending at times. It’s a major “ white Boys Club” type of company. A lot of managers shouldn’t even be managers at all. They aren’t really looking out for you like they claim, in fact- they’ll bleed you dry of everything you can offer until they decide to lay off entire teams. They had my team build the new knowledge base, emphasizing how important we were and how it’ll help us going forward— all along it was for the new agents in the Philippines who’d be taking our jobs. Amazing :) If a company is telling you they’ve just become profitable, LEAVE.

great offices, some great people

Cons

slowly but steadily going downhill unfortunately- quality of life, pay, etc. all going down or growing slower than the rest of the world. so much favouritism and nepotism everywhere. If you turn your back and keep a blind eye...it's still great. but when you start to prod and notice things it's less so.
