Amazing company to really stretch your abilities. Great place to experiment and try new things, failing fast, failing upwards is celebrated. Incredibly tight teams of intensely friendly people who are all dedicated to creating and growing an excellent company. Very forward thinking senior management, low levels of hierarchy, and great cross team collaboration.

Cons

This is a super fast paced environment, where you need to be self-motivated and cope well with ambiguity. Not for the faint hearted

- A genuinely friendly environment where people are ambitious but keen to help others succeed as well. I feel valued and appreciated for the first time in a tech company. - A great benefits package and offices that actually make you want to come in - Everyone acknowledges processes, methodologies and practices aren't perfect and encourage you to participate in the molding to make it so. - A variety of work you can get stuck into- no getting bored around here. - Option of remote work! - Many options of mental health management- Currently Sanctus and Talkspace

Cons

- It would be nice if it was clearer how we can move up in the company. The Pax8 ambition and hardworking attitude is infectious but can deflate a bit if you don't know where you should channel that energy to move up. - Sometimes, things just happen here. With no warning. E.g. a move to a new country or a very big business change, It can make you feel like you're out of the loop sometimes
