      Pros

      I don't have a bad word to say about anyone, everyone is really lovely which helps when you're trying to settle into a new job. The culture is brilliant and it's not just all about work. You have opportunities to get to know your colleagues in and outside of work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the job itself can be a little tedious and you have to self motivate to keep doing it but being able to book in those meetings in the end makes it all worth it.

      Pros

      Pax8 is a fantastic place to work. There is a ton of opportunity for individuals who are willing to put in the work. The culture has remained amazing even as we shifted to a hybrid work model. Pax8 is a wonderful place to work if you want to be challenged and continue to learn. Employees that find the most success are curious and self motivated.

      Cons

      Pax8 might not be the perfect fit for you if you can't handle a fast paced work environment. If you can't handle both strategy and execution you might get left behind.
