- Even after 22 years the executives/founders remain engaged and committed to the long term success of the company, the merchants and the team members. -The Flex First work arrangement is a huge perk - nice to have the option to work in the office or not. - Really nice people work here.

Cons

There is no downside to working here at PayJunction.

The company culture is something I have never experienced before, these people truly care about their clients but also prioritize their employees!

Cons

Hard to think of a con…maybe that a lot of us are remote but PJ makes tremendous efforts to ensure in-person events take place to fill that gap of lost interaction.
