Great people, bad management.

They have some very friendly good people who become your friends. Dog friendly and a CEO that does encourage a work/life balance.

Cons

Some of the management has zero experience managing teams or even setting a positive example. If you are looking for mentors and people to learn from and bleed for DONT look here.

Pros

None, unless you're a huge fan of working with people who don't care.

Cons

Useless people who could easily replaced by extremely annoying, spammy, and very poorly written bots. Why would you give these people your money? You could do everything they do in a few minutes and replace them with a script for free. They add no value, and the only reason they get away with it is because their customers don't know any better. I couldn't work like that. Working with this company devalues your brand, and makes it look like you care as little about your reputation and developers as these people do.

-Friendly work environment - Good location - Dog-friendly office

Cons

- Low salaries with lack of growth potential - Recently got rid of Starbucks coffee on Mondays and bagel Wednesdays - "Fully stocked kitchen" isn't usually that well-supplied. - Parking can be a challenge
