Pros

PTO is unlimited, decent health benefits.

Cons

Too many to list! Terrible pay cuts to having an abysmal base salary, removed OT and made everyone salary. Toxic culture that preaches selfishness and creates a terrible environment. Leadership is softer than baby poop. They will not fight for the sales reps and continue to watch as the sales org crashes and burns. C-Suite that has massive pay bonuses and stock awards is making many of these cuts and changes without proper insight or understanding of the impact to reps.

Pros

It’s a good name in theory but an actual disaster in person. Would not recommend to anyone particularly on HR - favoritism, toxic “leaders” who don’t actually know how to lead, and overlook efficiency and innovation in lieu of compliance and outdated and inefficient processes

Cons

So many downsides / on the people team the processes are comically outdated and no interest in changing them. The leadership has no idea what they’re doing it’s compliance over anything, middle management at best, and shockingly toxic for a company (and function) meant to support the people of the organization.

Pros

- 4% match for 401k - Amongst a lot of boring and meaningless work, there are some pockets of pretty interesting things to work on - Taking time off is respected for the most part - There is opportunity to step up if you really want to - If you are the right cog in the wheel, you can dodge layoffs and try to fly under the radar for the steady paycheck - WFH/Remote-friendly (so far) - WLB is pretty decent if you put your foot down and set boundaries

Cons

- Coporate office politics is rampant - Reorgs and layoffs are a constant - Huge layer of fat in middle management that slows things down and refuses to be cut - Priorities change every day - Lack of vision, transparency, or accountability from management - Comp is pretty average - Company is becoming a sweat shop mentality with the new ceo - Path to promotions / career growth is unclear - No innovation / no bandwidth for engineers to even think about innovation
