Often expected to accomodate meetings at all hours of the day or night. No real career path. Regulalry do mass layoffs when a new CEO comes on board and layoffs are very much associated on whether or not you are in or liked by certain management. "Business Needs Moves" is a phrase you'll hear a lot as you get bumped from role to role without effective compensation or pay rises. All the talent leaves as they find better oay and appreciation elsewhere so you are constantly working with new hires which stalls progress.
