Pros

Employees are generally very hard working. Documentations are well organized.

Cons

Work and life balance is the worse issue. And sadly it is not because we have too much work to do. There are too much politics to drag everyone down unnecessarily. Managers lack of basic managing skills and only promoted because .. well they are in the tribe(;- Many managers are very dishonest. Like a previous review said, they are so afraid to loose their 'kingdom', they do everything to blame on others and make themselves look good. This often involves lies. Dishonesty produces very aggressive working environment.

Pros

Looks good on a resume.

Cons

The department I worked in was chaotic, spiteful and territorial. Managers were lost and so incapable of either managing projects or providing basic information like what needs to be done and when. Developers were unskilled and often pretended a dev task was too difficult to implement when it clearly was not (like making a line of text bold--too hard!). There were no standards, no consistency and above all, no training. Coming in fresh, there was no orientation and no one to explain how the department worked. Employees are so defensive that even asking questions was just as likely get you snapped at. Meetings were often extended and chaotic, and no one knew what had been decided on by the time they were over. There were almost no processes in place, and those that did allegedly exist might just as likely be ignored as followed.

Pros

- working for top payments company - benefits, pro-active green card processing - takes care of everything

Cons

- If you are a person who love to code and design don't come here; You spend more and more time on discussing, and process less and less on coding/design - Tools are broken; sometime you feel helpless - There are no best practices established - No mentor for new joinees
