      Pros

      Paychex is an excellent company to work for. The sales training is fantastic and if you follow through and are willing to put in the time to dial, maintain referral relationships and follow through with promises to accountants your life will be really easy here. Work life balance is great and if you have a good manager you are pretty much set.

      life is tough if you don't end up under good management or if you dont maintain contacts
