Pros

Good training. That's it. Oh. Flat rate for car and mileage so get ready to spend some cash. I feel really sorry for remote territory people. 401k is not greasy. No match for a year. But don't worry. You won't stay that long.

Cons

Terrible high pressure work environment. This is a sales first company. Customer service is awful. Run. When you leave, which will be quick, you are tied to a one year no compete agreement which means you can't sell any of their product offerings with another company. Run. Faster

Pros

Support, training, and product are all top notch. Management is employee focused and willing to help you excel. Mobility and flexibility are great.

Cons

Office environment often hostile towards 401k/HRS Reps. Dependent on other divisions to partner for sustainable success, and they don't either understand the benefit of partnering or don't care to partner. Lots of turn over in this department, and very small clients accessible as leads, larger clients often taken for the Large market reps.

Pros

It's a Large company, decent name recognition, training, fun work environment, autonomy, continuing education, generally like the people I work with

Cons

Micro managing, income potential/commissions lowered, staff reduction in key support areas, customer service to the clients is awful, nobody takes responsibility for anything, company is very cheap and does not take care of its employees. Our payroll customer service/implementation is awful. It use to be our pride and joy but they've laid off so many people. High turnover at certain positions makes your job more difficult. They expect you to work long hours until the job is done. Not sure how they became a multi billion dollar company but it's a sinking ship.
