      Pros

      You will receive industry leading training. The commission structure is structured to reward high performers. Senior level Directors are approachable and seem to be genuinely concerned with employee wellness. The organization is very healthy and cash rich so there is a high degree of job security. If you are looking to move up within the organization there are lots of mentors willing to help get you there.

      Cons

      The learning curve is a bit steep for those coming in with no previous payroll experience. The company needs to be a bit quicker in reacting to change.

      Pros

      Great people, Benefits, atmosphere, and great training programs, and opportunities to grow and learn different aspects of the business . I love my team and co-workers and love that I can learn anything I want to learn and gain as much knowledge as I can. Its great to know you can get any job you want and they will help you get there!

      Cons

      I learn to work through any problems, that might come my way. Clients can be demanding and challenging, but our goal is to fix their problems so they can get back to their business. Really don't have anything negative to say.

      Pros

      Great benefits, on-going training, and people to work with. Lots of room for growth for high achievers.

      Cons

      The leadership seemed to change directions every six months. This is common with large corporations but still, it leaves you feeling a little lost as an employee.
