Pros

Good quality company to work for, many opportunites for advancement Benefits and pay both good. There are a few really good, quality professional sales people inside of this business unit (however most will be gone shortly).

Cons

The SDR department needs a total reset. Not set up right from conception. Managers are not being held accountable for their actions. Favortism/nepotism is rampant!! Managers do not follow thru, no consistency at all. Initial training was all over the place, no direction. Has not gotten any better, little to no ongoing training for reps. Reps are screaming out for coaching and direction with zero response. Q/A on the appointments set is done by the respective manager. I would think this would be frowned upon considering the managers performance and commission is based on the reps performance. Attempts to put new policies and procedures in place either fall off or are attempts to micromanage. We are supposed to be a sales team and sit with a bunch of service employees who complain we are too loud! What sales floor does not get loud? No recognition for accomplishments daily, weekly or monthly. I could continue on, but these are about the worst of them.

Pros

I met some good people.

Cons

I worked here for over ten years. Hindsight is 20/20 so they say, it’s been a year since I left, so I thought I try and help someone else by sharing my experience. In reality I stayed with the company for 8 years to long. There are two types that suffer by associating themselves with this company. Number 1 clients and number 2 employees. This is not a growth company it’s a margin’s company, and to advance you need to very often not do the right thing. Leadership is very weak because at the executive level they have already made there money and aren’t willing to make the hard changes for good. There products also hurt the clients they propose to serve. There HR services products are terrible for clients. As you can imagine the culture is terrible. The grass is greener this place is not somewhere to make a career.

Pros

Good experience and discipline. Great partnerships.

Cons

Call ins go to virtual sales. Loss of earnings over $10,000 this past year. Impossible activity requirements. Difficulty trying to submit a payroll to run. Micromanaging is rampant. The Salesforce requirements were tedious. Service is terrible so sales reps are bogged down fixing issues.
