Leadership is a hot mess, Employee retention is terrible and it will affect most client's sentiment with you and the company. Teamleaders are usually those who were sly about their metrics or lucky about their clients. There are some good leaders, but their obsession with finding outliers to promote has created a mass of middle management that is either shady, ignorant, or outright dishonest.
