Workload In office expectations Onsite expectations Lack of transparency from upper management Tied hands of middle/lower management Lack of remembering the human element of a job. AI is all that matters. We, and the clients, are just numbers to keep moving along.

-Good benefits if you sell your soul

Cons

-Absolutely everyone hates working here. -Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, that says they enjoy it is sucking up to the CEO (only way to survive here). -TERRIBLE work life balance. -Allowed to leave early for inclement weather (but must accept punishment to leave). -Layoffs are random and completely blindsided.
