      - restructure kind of often, seems like lack of direction.

      Run by actually psychopaths

      It’s a job at least

      Cons

      There is a lot of false information out there. The layoffs had a false public reason (ai isn’t used nor has it been developed at Paycom). Leadership switches goals every few months. They have these stories they run with, even talk about on quarterly earnings calls. You can not work here without a high level of ability for cognitive dissonance.
