Pros

Good Coworkers $1 Benefits Great Team Environment

Cons

Upper management does not care about the wellbeing of their workers. Told employees they would have to return to office after the promise of being permanently WFH. Providing no statistics and no accommodations for this sudden huge change. They literally are giving some teams only 1 month of time to prepare for this huge change. They continue to silence us and avoid answering any of our questions about these changes. I would avoid this company at all cost as their upper management clearly does not care about their employees.

Paycom knows our strongest assets are our team members who have built this company into the industry leader it is today. With so many innovative, new projects on the horizon, we're looking forward to bringing our last group back to campus. This unites our teams by providing an environment that ensures you and other employees are best equipped to succeed. Our team members' well-being is a top priority, and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to ask questions and talk through concerns. Pros

1$ Health Care Facilities are pretty good

Cons

Reversed work from home after promising that they would keep developers remote Every hour is tracked and micro managed Deadlines are fixed for you but flighty for the Senior management Hypocrisy from the top down Getting promoted is more trouble than its worth. Many leaders reverted promotions to stay sane

Pros

Had some talent but a lot of that talent has left. Health insurance is cheap. Co-workers were great.

Cons

Not a true tech company. They don’t even give laptops out. Policies are straight-up ancient and out of touch. CEO is founder and seems like corporate governance might be lacking. Total work from office supported by mystery data. Lack of tools will stunt your career growth if you’re straight out of school or looking for your second big job. Over worked because of lack of flexible and modern internal tools. To be fair they let the developers work a hybrid schedule. They don’t even give us company cell phones and expect you respond to texts and calls at odd hours on your personal phone. Dental plan is weak sauce.
