Pros

The work itself can be genuinely interesting, and my manager was usually clear and straightforward when giving instructions. The role had potential from a technical and developmental standpoint.

Cons

In my experience, the culture felt very inconsistent. One week I felt included and accepted, and the next week I felt excluded or ignored. Interactions often came across as shallow or overly polished, and many coworkers seemed more focused on appearances than authenticity. A particularly difficult moment for me was being told I was doing well and then being let go shortly after. It made the environment feel unpredictable, and it affected my trust in the feedback I received. Overall, the workplace dynamic didn’t feel genuine or supportive. Advice to Prospective Employees: If you’re someone who values authentic relationships, stable communication, and consistent support from leadership and peers, this may not be the right fit. The work can be engaging, but the people side of the experience was not positive for me.
