My Team is great! There is room for growth within my team or other teams in the organization My leader supports me and her leaders support her, it's nice to have people in your corner There are a crazy amount of opportunities where you can contribute to the overall success of the company HUMP DAY CAMELS ON PROPERTY! What?!?! No one else is doing this I could go on! I've only been here for a little while so I don't have anything negative to share

Cons

I wish my schedule was 10-7pm vs 8-5. I wish I had off 3 days vs 2 and that 1 of the days is Wednesday I wish I had asked for more annually knowing now what all I am doing haha

Coworkers are amazing $4 lunch Paid bereavement + jury duty Health insurance isn't bad at all

Cons

Unreasonable tasks with unreasonable deadlines Overtime is essentially required with 0 reward All bank and most federal/state holidays are work days Short-term thinking is incentivized Pay and benefits are far too low for the work
