While this role is not for everyone, the training, development, mentorship, and compensation is somewhere you can absolutely not get at any other sales organization. Paycom continually is evolving not just in innovating product but the training and development. You always know where you stand in terms of performance because of the weekly 1-1 conversations with your manager. My favorite part about this role aside from the high earning potential specifically is the wide variety of clients and industries we get to work with - every day and week is different and our technology truly is the best in the industry.
