Great company but not for everyone!

Pros

-Opportunity to for quarterly bonuses. -Opportunity for overtime (regardless of desired or not). -Opportunity to promote is there but can be rather difficult. -$4 daily catered lunches -$1 employee health benefits

Cons

-Mandatory overtime -High stress level job -Required to cover teams calls/emails and your own. -Training need improvement -Can and will be written up for anything less than perfect (client unhappy, unable to work late, not enough training). -Earned quarterly bonuses will not be paid if you separate (by choice or by force) before bonus pays. -Cannot promote or receive bonus if supervisors or client is disgruntled regardless of your direct fault or not.

They will over load you with work, under train you, and fire you for not performing at a senior level standard. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB. THIS IS NOT A DATA ANALYST JOB either. Run as far as you can. The pay is not worth it. Absent HR despite it being an HR company.
