      There is always something new to learn and find

      Pros

      At first i was nervous about working for this company since i have been working independently for 3 years at a small local computer shop, prior to getting hired here at paycom. After several months of working here, I saw how awesome all the employees were about the company and towards each other. What I love about this job is that your learning curve is always expanding. Its endless. There is always something new to learn and to understand. With your team and team building, the work ethic is always exceptional.

      Cons

      Over Crowded. Parking. I am currently sitting away from my team because of limited space. Waiting for Building D to complete.

      Pros

      The Paycom culture is great! We have monthly luncheons along with Paycom swag. People are warm with their greetings and really try to get the employees engaged with different activities. You will definitely fit in somewhere whether its joining a book club or the fiber arts club.

      Cons

      This comes with growing but the construction makes it hard for me to get from one place to another.

      Pros

      Management is very good! They have great organizational structure and you never feel like you are on island. Somebody is always there to help you out if you need it. The company atmosphere is also incredible. Makes you feel like you are apart of a family. I love my position and I love the company. So many opportunities here and room to grow.

      Cons

      This is not a 40 hour work week job and company, so be prepared to work, but it is all worth it and rewarding.
