Pros

Base salary, uncapped commission and co-workers

Cons

I was facilitating 2 deals, 1 of which my manager said would be the biggest they had ever been apart of (they were there for a couple of the meetings). Working the deal for a couple months - they were owned by a VC company so things moved slowly. The week that I was going to get the commitment call from the client my manager terminated me do to "performance". I never was able to see if either of those 2 deals went through. Completely confused and disappointed in the "reasons" for the termination. Watch your back! Apparently my manager was always calling co-workers to check up on me.

TOXIC WORKPLACE

Pros

The fact you get a check.

Cons

Words can not describe how miserable and toxic this company has become. Management bullies employees into working 12 hr. days up to 6 or even 7 days a week. I work in a dept. that has twice the workload now compared to only one year ago, and not one other person has been added to our dept. BECAUSE they can't keep employees. They absolutely run people off. The saddest part, I want to find another job, but I don't have enough time in my day to day life to even look for something else. When I finally get home, I'm exhausted and I've been working 7 days a week. I've missed family birthdays, holidays and just weekend activities because it is expected we work a ridiculous amount of days and hours. We can't even look at our phones or even go to the bathroom without being shamed. It is a miserable company environment and I honestly think they treat their employees like dirt, it is shameful!!!! I mentioned double the workload on my dept and because of mistakes I had to sign a gotcha notice for the percentage of mistakes I had in one week, who doesn't realize there are going to be errors when you overwork your employees. I think the Employment Commission should know how long we have been putting up with the bullied environment! In other states this wouldn't be allowed!!
