Pros

-Exceptional interview experience that had an unparalleled amount of exposure to recruiting, to your direct manager, and to executive leadership for your specific department -recruiting was extremely diligent in their preparation with you as to how to present to the next round of interviewers -excellent explanation of the role and the structure of how the sales cycle works -great training and exposure to real life applicable work scenarios -team and energetic atmosphere

Cons

-fast and furious interview experience/role itself and cumbersome/fast paced training experience; if you are faint of heart for a fast pace and consultative/sales minded role this may not be for you

Pros

Great benefits, free gym, catered food, consistently making improvements!

Cons

Everyone is expendable so you hold no value to the company, they are consistently making improvements but don’t like it when you make suggestions you have to literally be able to mold into who and what they want you to be. In my experience if you cannot afford to take your TL to Thunder games, nice dinners, or babysitting their kids you won’t be a favorite and will not be considered for promotions and will be heald to a different standard. There was always someone watching and complaining about how many times you go to the bathroom, if you take a personal call ect. You will be required to spend personal money on people for birthdays and/or taking turns bringing everyone breakfast. If you make any mistakes you will receive a write up and they do not follow the steps that they say they will so you will be fired for any little or big mistake you make. Favorites start drama and will not be held accountable. So make sure that you’re a favorite!

Pros

Constantly innovating - exciting company to work for. The Transition Specialist role is definitely challenging, but very rewarding. Great pace of work - days go quickly because you are always busy with something to do. The company has great benefits and compensation packages. Teamwork is important and your peers genuinely care about your successful.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but you definitely have to be self motivated and a hard worker to be successful in this role.
