Competitive base salary but not worth the money for what you give up in your life

Cons

If you want to be a happy person and live your life do not work at Paycom. -Zero work life balance -Given mandatory tasks/assignments to do every night when you get home due the next morning- even after training when you are an exec rep -Unqualified and untrained management who treat you like you are inferior -Forced to cold call at your desk the same (less than 100) people day after day -Horrible PTO policy -Zero flexibility -Make you "drink the Kool-Aid" or you "wont make it" (forces religion on you) -Forced to be unrealistically positive all the time instead of being a real human being -Expected to come in early and stay late or you are looked down upon by your manager -Unrealistic expectations day in and day out with no help -Soul crushing experience overall ....I could go on and on.

To be clear, the expectations and demands of our sales team are made very clear prior to the beginning of employment and are, indeed, very rigorous. We understand that these positions will not be a good fit for everyone because of the high level of performance required. However, with great demand comes great reward and we are proud of the compensation and benefit structure we offer our sales reps.

The culture at Paycom is awesome! My co-workers have become like family and genuinely feel supported and motivated every day by my team! The job is very challenging and every day is different, but this is the perfect job for someone who adapts quickly to a growing, changing work environment! There is a lot of growth and great opportunities within the company.

Cons

The work-life balance can be difficult during busy seasons.
