      Decent pay, gym, overtime, benefits cant be beat. ability to easily date management and higher ups.

      Cons

      It's hard work. Unrealistic expectations. LONG hours. Management is sloppy.

      Pros

      Paycom has been a great company work for and I would recommend it to anyone. I started out in a department where I was pushed to grow, worked up the ranks and eventually presented the opportunity to transfer to a department I was very passionate about. The leadership in every department has been encouraging and helpful, while still holding those who represent them accountable. Overall, I've had nothing but a great career thus far with Paycom. Sure, there are bad days, but the good days outweigh those, by far. There's also always someone who's had that same bad day you can turn to for encouragement. This is a company I'm proud to say that I work for!

      Cons

      I think all employees will miss the Year End Party, but we're all excited to see additional benefits that may come!
