Great insurance benefits, $4 lunches, beautiful campus, opportunity for job & personal growth, amazing co-workers! I’ve built relationships here that have led to some of my dearest friendships & Paycom works to cultivate that as much as possible. They really do want their people to be happy here.

Cons

Not really a downside, but you have to be ready for a fast pace & change. We’re part of a growing industry so if you’re not flexible & ready to do what it take to keep up, you’re going to have a rough go of it.

Cons

- Due to the nature of the industry, there isn't extended time off towards the end of the year.
